What to expect
There is 30-minute free parking out the front of the store along Balmoral Avenue, however this can get quite busy. We recommend parking in the multi-storey paid car park (entry on Balmoral Avenue between Springvale Road and Buckingham Avenue). From there, you can walk down and across Buckingham Avenue to SH Jewellery. View more free and paid parking options.
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by your appointed Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery Consultant, who has already reviewed the information you provided at the time of booking.
Your consultant will begin by guiding you through a series of questions to establish your budget and preferences. Don't worry if you're new to fine jewellery - at SH, we have an education-first philosophy and will patiently step you through the decision-making process. There are no commissioned sales people at SH… Just passionate and experienced diamond & gemstone experts.
Based on your criteria, we'll present a selection of jewellery for you to try on and experience wearing. We have a generous inventory at SH Jewellery and you are welcome to try on as many products as you like until you find the perfect style for you.
Your consultant is here to assist and answer any questions you have; from understanding the 4Cs and choosing the right metal, to advice on caring for your jewellery at home - your dedicated specialist has all the answers you need to reach a decision with complete confidence.
Once you’re confident you’ve found the right piece, our consultants will help you check stock availability and the estimated delivery time on your order. Our showroom and workshops are constantly busy, so if you have a deadline to meet please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
