On arrival
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by your appointed Diamond & Jewellery Specialist who has reviewed the information you provided at the time of booking.
Selection criteria
Your Diamond & Jewellery Specialist will begin by guiding you through a series of questions to establish your budget and style preferences. Don't worry if you're new to fine jewellery - at SH we have an education first philosophy and will patiently step you through the decision-making process. There's no commissioned sales people at SH - just passionate and experienced diamond experts.
Trying On
Based on your criteria, we'll present a selection of jewellery for you to try on and experience close-up. We have a generous inventory at SH Jewellery and you are welcome to try on as many products as you like until you find the perfect design, price and proportions for you.
Question Time
Your Diamond & Jewellery Specialist is here to assist and answer any questions you have; from understanding the 4Cs and choosing the right metal, to advice on caring for your jewellery at home - your dedicated specialist has all the answers you need to reach a decision.
Decision Time
Non-commissioned staff means there's no pressure to close the deal. Investing in fine jewellery is a big decision, and we understand you may need time to think it over or shop around. We're confident you won't find a better-priced product of equal craftsmanship and quality anywhere else, but we'll happily price match in the unlikely event that you do.
